Responding to the dramatic growth of online casinos in the various regulated North American markets, live casino supplier OnAir Entertainment™ has revealed plans for a US entry in 2023.
OnAir, which has launched in nine markets in the space of just ten months, has already enjoyed considerable success north of the US border in Ontario, Canada, and now plans to launch across several US states. Specifically, the company says it will be launching across “all major regulated and soon-to-be regulated states.”
In preparation, the provider says it has been developing localized products specifically aimed at the United States. Currently, OnAir Entertainment’s games portfolio includes Live Blackjack, Roulette, Auto Roulette, 9 Pots of Gold™ Streamicon™ Edition, Eclipse Blackjack™, Lotus Speed Baccarat™, and sports-themed Card Matchup. Additionally, the company says it anticipates its Dual Play game helping operators cross-sell land-based services into online streams.
Founded in late 2020, OnAir Entertainment™ is headquartered in the European gaming hub of Malta, has a live studio in Latvia, and also has hubs in Poland and Estonia. The company’s executive team includes chief executive Andres Rengifo, former head of international operations at Evolution; chief commercial officer Simon Field, former head of commercial at NetEnt; and managing director for North America, Oliver Reid, formerly chief operating officer at Authentic Gaming.
Regarding the company’s US plans, Oliver Reid, Managing Director, Americas, OnAir Entertainment™, said: “The team is perfectly positioned to lead the US live casino market with world-class solutions, content, and experience of successful multi-studio and innovative game rollouts for the world’s biggest brands in US regulated markets and we can’t wait to execute our strategy.
“The US market is moving at a rapid pace so by partnering with OnAir Entertainmentᵀᴹ and integrating our proven products and technologies, we firmly believe US brands will be in the best hands possible.”
