Yet another milestone is met by Gaming Innovation Group, as the tech company secures “interim authorization” from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board to offer their services in the Keystone State.
Their services include a player account management system and sportsbook software, apropos the accelerating iGaming & sports betting market across the nation.
GiG is especially keen to be a leading presence in the Keystone State. Pennsylvania’s iGaming revenue has grown year on year, attracting many European companies. The United States is attempting the mass legalization of iGaming, with more than 34 states now running sports betting.
Claudio Caruana, GiG’s general counsel, said that winning Pennsylvania has important implications for their expansion in North America.
GiG have already set themselves up in 26 regulated markets, building up their offer in Canada, the United States, Latin America, and Europe.
