friendly casino -- very tight slots, Monday, 31 August 2009 Written by roger brown This casino is closest to home, so I have played it fairly often over the past few years. The staff is friendly. Cocktail waitresses are scarce at times --- or overly abundant -- funny there never seems to be a middle ground. Usually easier to go to the bar for drink (and get a better one at that). Excellent buffet. You can occasionally play for a long time here but your chances of winning money are slim ... the slots just whittle it slowly away. I almost never play $1 and $5 slots here anymore ... just nickels and quarters for entertainment ... and save my bigger stash for the Lucky Eagle near Centralia where the odds seem much better.

My favorite casino..., Monday, 20 April 2009 Written by Carla Absurdly enough, this casino on Kitsap Peninsula is the only one I can get to from Seattle without a car (except Lucky Eagle in Centralia, but I don't want to go for that long w/o a drive w/o a potty break). It is my favorite casino because of the staff. They are professional but they are friendly small-town people and it shows (to their benefit). The water/pine tree view from the buffet's floor to ceiling windows is its best feature, it is very calming. The food is decent. It seems to cater to older folks. It's a very pleasant, calm casino. It does have a player's club for those that want it. There are coffee/water stations everywhere. The comp/point system is very bad, but they do send you special coupons and I nearly always get my ferry reimbursed using my card. The downside is that the slots don't pay well. Playing carefully I have broke even and I have played a long time without spending alot of money, but I've never come back a winner. A plus is that they are the only casino with a nice variety of progressive games, one with a max bet of $1.50 and a current balance of over $300K. Something to get used to is the variety of methods of tickets. They have 3 different kinds of tickets and a card system. That was very annoying until I figured it all out. The progressive tickets and your players card can only be redeemed at a cashier.

Not Bad!!!, Tuesday, 31 March 2009 Written by Bob Green
Stayed for two nights, rooms were very nice, price was OK for a weekday. Played 3 days of slots, kept going up and down, but played forever.
My wife and I are casino jumpers, we are on a mission to hit every casino in Washington and Oregon. There are 28 in Washington, 11 we have hit and 9 in Oregon 2 we have hit, we will let the reviews continue. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would |
