Entertainment (free) is an added weekend bonus. :-) Drinks & breakfast buffet good. Dinner buffet is fair to OK. Hotel is nice. Comfortable beds. Check-in is efficient.

If I could have given a negative 100 for the customer service I would have. Those people are so rude it's amazing that anyone would ever take their money there to spend! I can not belive they are still in business! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Please do not! go there!!! Rude from the moment you walk in the door and the place is not that impressive a couple hundred machines and a few blackjack tables that have dealers that need a calculator to count! I cannot believe it seriously Santee Sioux Tribe needs to wake up and take a few courses in CUSTOMER SERVICE!
