Second Best on Fremont Often on TV, Monday, 17 August 2009 Written by Elliott Trevino If you watch CSI you have seen the Four Queens and not known it as most of the outside scenes are filmed downtown on Fremont Street under the Viva Vision Canopy. Nice renovated & updated rooms, very good selection of slot machines including community player slots. Good customer service, and decent offers & comps, very nice lobby. One of the most highly rated restaruants is HUGO's Cellar just below the Magnolia Veranda cafe which looks out over the gaming floor. A Subway, Pizza place and Ice Cream bar take up a little mini-level as does a Chicago Brewing Company and Cigar bar. The slots could be looser but we always want that, I don't table game but they are often at capacity. My mother has stayed her since the mid 90's since then it has changed owners and the current owner renovated the place and also last year purchased Binions. I like that on occasions I see the owner walking around checking things out and he is a local Las Vegan. It's always clean, and rooms are nice with ironing boards, coffee makers, and like every third floor has an ice maker and vending area for quick snacks. I often ask for more pillows as the ones they have are tiny and housekeeping gets them to me in a timely manner always friendly too.The drinks are pretty good and waitresses come by regularly, when entering off of Fremont St. representatives are there who offer you a free poker pull and some money saving coupons. I enjoy visiting, playing & staying at the Four Queens. 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful
Stay here for fun!, Friday, 25 July 2008 Written by Lunch Lady We were under the Viva Vision canopy right in the middle of the action. The music wasn't too loud and the curtain blocked out the unwanted light. Watched the viva vision show from bed. People watching was funny. We were on the 4th floor and will stay there again and ask for the 4th floor again. Valet park was easy! Ate breakfast at the cafe. Great French Toast dicounted plate for players club members. Gaming was pretty good but could have been better. The Dukes Of Hazzard slots were fun and paid okay. I will be back and stay at this property again 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful

Great Comps, Tuesday, 30 November 1999 Written by RR I also got $60 in slot play and $20 free at the gift shop for listening to a 90-minute sales pitch for a hotel timeshare. The waitresses were there for frequent drink refills and the staff was great. I visited 10 casinos in Vegas and 4 Queens was by far the best experience. |
