The last time we stayed at the Isle of Capri I was VERY displeased! The air conditioner was out in our room and we could not get it repaired or get to move to another room. To make things even worse, we were over charged. We booked our hotel room at $39 per night for two nights. We were charged $99 per night.

We have stayed at the Isle many times in previous years with no problems. We always had fun and were pleased with everything. Something is very wrong with the place.

We had to reserve our weekend stay months in advance. They claimed to be booked. It was almost a ghost town when we were there. There were very few other guests. They did not have any card games, only slot machines. I could go on about the poor service and quality of the food. I will say that I will NEVER go back to the Isle in Lula.

Stayed and played here a few times. Enjoyed everything. People are great. We got to know the wait staff in the casino and never lacked for anything.

Very good comps. You can access your account at the kiosk and know exactly what you have available. Great variety of slots, payback was ok. This is the place I recommend to anyone going to Biloxi.
